Pak Gama Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Pak Gama website, mobile application or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and should not create an account.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Pak Gama. They apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, visitors and anyone who browses the website without an account. Pak Gama reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are using the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Pak Gama. The platform is strictly for adults. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Pak Gama reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the account holder cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.

In addition to age, you are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your location. Pak Gama does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. It is entirely your responsibility to verify this before you register or place any bets.

To access the full Pak Gama platform — including sports betting, casino games, live casino, deposits and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and preferred payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password or any one-time passwords (OTPs) with anyone. Pak Gama will never ask for your password via chat, email or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If you already have an existing Pak Gama account, do not create a second one. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure, and any balances or bonuses in those accounts may be removed without notice.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

You may only deposit using a payment method that belongs to you. Deposits made using a third party's payment account are not permitted. If a deposit is found to have been made using a third party's account, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Pak Gama does not store full card numbers or bank account details on its servers. Payment data is handled by the relevant payment gateway and encrypted in transit. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, transactions are processed through the respective mobile wallet platforms.

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Pak Gama account at any time, subject to the conditions described in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

Before a withdrawal is processed, Pak Gama may require you to complete identity verification. This includes confirming your full name, CNIC number and ownership of the withdrawal account. Withdrawals that cannot be matched to a verified identity may be delayed or cancelled.

If a bonus has been applied to your account, withdrawal of the related funds is subject to the wagering requirements of that specific bonus. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on the Promotions page for each individual offer.

Pak Gama processes withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically faster than bank transfers. If a withdrawal has not been received within the stated processing time, please contact customer support.

Pak Gama offers a range of bonuses and promotions including a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Promotions page.

General bonus rules that apply across all Pak Gama promotions are as follows:

• Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Pak Gama reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it is found to have been obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or in breach of any of these terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Minimum deposit requirements apply to all bonus offers. The qualifying amount is stated on each offer's individual terms page.

Pak Gama reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that are already in progress at the time of any such change will generally be honoured under the terms that applied when the bonus was accepted, unless there is evidence of abuse or breach of these terms.

All sports bets placed on Pak Gama are subject to the general betting rules published within the sportsbook section as well as any sport-specific rules. By placing a bet, you accept these rules in full.

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet — subsequent odds movements do not affect settled bets. In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay due to real-time data processing. Pak Gama is not responsible for network delays that may affect the timing of in-play bet placement.

Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — is covered under standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted or shortened, settled bets will follow the DLS method outcome where applicable. For matches with no result, most single-market bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Pak Gama reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error, pricing error or data feed failure. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account. Winnings derived from a known error will not be paid.

Pak Gama takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity and should never become a source of financial hardship or emotional distress. We provide several tools within your account settings to help you manage your gaming activity:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pak Gama platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using someone else's payment method or identity to register or transact.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes to place bets or claim winnings that would not otherwise be available.
• Using a VPN, proxy or any anonymising service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards Pak Gama staff or other users.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.

Pak Gama monitors account activity for unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate and act on any suspected breach of these conduct rules at its sole discretion.

All content on the Pak Gama platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of Pak Gama or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit any part of this content without prior written permission from Pak Gama.

Game content provided by third-party software providers is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. Pak Gama does not grant you any rights to that content beyond what is necessary to play the games on the platform as a registered user.

Pak Gama provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is operational at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or factors outside our control such as network outages or third-party service disruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted, Pak Gama is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes losses resulting from platform downtime, data loss, delays in payment processing or changes in odds. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform or its terms is to stop using the service and close your account.

Pak Gama is also not responsible for any financial decisions you make while using the platform. Gaming involves risk and it is your responsibility to manage your funds and betting activity within your personal means.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Pak Gama's Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

Pak Gama collects information such as your name, contact details, payment method details and gaming activity for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and platform improvement. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Pak Gama's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
